Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics activities to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth movement of shipments.

• Follow up with factories to track production status and dispatch schedules.

• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely procurement and availability of materials.

• Monitor and resolve any delivery or transportation issues to avoid delays.

• Maintain records of shipments, logistics data, and vendor communications.

• Support management in optimizing logistics processes for better efficiency and cost control.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.


Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.

• Knowledge of basic accounting/ERP software (preferred).
