You will be responsible for coordinating with transporters and logistics partners to ensure smooth movement of shipments. Additionally, you will need to follow up with factories to track production status and dispatch schedules, as well as liaise with vendors for timely procurement and availability of materials. In terms of qualifications, you should possess: - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Accuracy and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and work independently. - Knowledge of basic accounting/ERP software (preferred).
