Job Title: Back Office E-Commerce Operations Executive Job Type: Full-Time (On-site) Experience Required: Freshers and experienced allowed (E-commerce / Back Office / Operations preferred) Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily online operations, including order processing, dispatch coordination, data entry, and customer support. The candidate should have good communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and a clear understanding of e-commerce operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or website orders. Key Responsibilities:Handle daily order processing from all e-commerce platforms. Manage order booking, packaging coordination, and dispatch follow-up. Maintain monthly sales and purchase data in Excel for management review. Track inventory levels, returns, and replacement orders. Communicate with customers and courier partners for order updates or issue resolution. Manage back-end operations like product listings, order confirmation, and billing entries. Prepare sales, expense, and reconciliation reports as required. Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for smooth order flow. Handle customer support via email, chat, or calls in a polite and professional manner. Maintain accuracy in all records and ensure timely order fulfillment. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate / Diploma in Commerce, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.). Familiar with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or Shopify back-end panels (preferred). Good written and verbal communication in English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines. Organized, punctual, and responsible towards data and reporting. Preferred Qualities:Basic understanding of e-commerce order flow and operations. Team player with a problem-solving mindset. Willing to learn new tools and marketplaces. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
