Location:

Back Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Directors schedule, meetings, and correspondence.
  • Handle confidential documents, communications, and reports efficiently.
  • Coordinate back-office operations, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in communication with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage travel plans, appointments, and personal errands as required.
  • Provide administrative support both remotely and from the office in Whitefield.
