Back Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant to Director Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru Experience: Minimum 20 - 30 years (preferred) Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline) Gender Preference: Female candidates, aged 45 years & above Employment Type: Full Time / Hybrid (Work from Home & Office) Job Description: We are seeking a mature and dependable Back Office Coordinator & Personal Assistant to support the Director in daily administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, organized, and capable of managing responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Directors schedule, meetings, and correspondence. Handle confidential documents, communications, and reports efficiently. Coordinate back-office operations, documentation, and record-keeping. Assist in communication with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders. Manage travel plans, appointments, and personal errands as required. Provide administrative support both remotely and from the office in Whitefield. Desired Candidate Profile: Female candidate, AGE - 45 years or above . Graduate with excellent command of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of the local language (reading and writing) preferred. Proficient in MS Office and general administrative tools. Possesses a valid driving license . Should be proactive, trustworthy, and capable of multitasking.
