Job Description

Job Summary: The Backend Executive is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day backend operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of data processing, documentation, coordination, and communication across departments. The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling backend administrative tasks, and assisting in improving workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Handle daily backend operations including data entry, record management, and documentation. Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and reports. Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, HR, and accounts for information flow and task completion. Prepare MIS reports, invoices, and other required documents. Manage communication via emails and calls to support business operations. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all data-related tasks. Assist in process improvement initiatives to streamline backend functions. Support senior executives and departments with administrative tasks. Follow company policies, compliance, and reporting guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
