Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide strategic input to the sales and product development teams. Prepare and follow up on orders, and samples. Ensure timely delivery, payment collection, and after-sales service.

Understand buyer tech packs, sketches, or reference samples to develop prototypes. Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams for sample approvals. Supervise stitching operations, ensuring correct construction methods. Knowledge of various industrial sewing machines (e.g., flatlock, overlock, single needle, etc.). Ensure garment fit and measurement accuracy in coordination with the pattern master and tailor. Knowledge of washing processes: enzyme wash, stone wash, bleach wash, acid wash, sand wash, ozone, etc. Coordinate with washing units/laundry team for trials and approvals. Assess fabric shrinkage, color fastness, and garment appearance post-wash. Solve any wash-related issues like puckering, shade variation, or garment damage.
