Job Description

Join us as part of the CEO office for PB Asia, where you will be a part of the team supporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the central office. This fast-paced role demands excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to support senior leadership. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring alignment, engaging with colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Management team, supporting and overseeing calendar - Coordinate communication plans for both internal and external stakeholders - Assist in managing senior executive members" calendars and overall CEO office operations - Oversee timely responses to meeting invitations and requests - Assist in managing the Global team travel agenda and itinerary - Track travel bookings - Act as the point of contact for general communications - Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation - Plan and schedule meetings and travel itineraries - Proactively anticipate the needs of the senior executive, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as expenses, maintaining filing systems, distribution list management, and organization tasks - Facilitate senior executive members" meetings - Manage event planning - Assist in client meeting itinerary and collating client profiles prior to the meeting - Compile expenses - Maintain confidentiality of information - Utilize technical tools and software such as the Microsoft Office Suite, especially text processing software and Excel spreadsheet. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a similar administrative support role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent organizational skills Location: Mumbai Purpose of the role: To provide operating and administrative support to senior leaders and CEO office.
