Position Summary

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting business growth through dealer development, product demonstrations, and marketing initiatives. This role combines coordination and field-facing responsibilities, including managing exhibitions, assisting in dealer agreements, and providing training support. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a dynamic SME environment.


Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Development & B2B Engagement

  • Identify, onboard, and support dealers and distributors.
  • Track dealer performance and provide sales insights to management.
  • Assist in preparing dealer/distributor agreements and renewals.
  • Act as a key contact for dealer product queries and sales coordination.


2. Product Demonstrations & Training

  • Conduct product demos for customers, doctors, and dealer teams.
  • Support clinical evaluations, customer visits, and technical clarifications.
  • Assist in training dealer representatives and internal staff on product features and applications.
  • Gather customer/dealer feedback to share with the product and sales team.


3. Marketing & Exhibition Activities

  • Plan and coordinate participation in trade fairs, conferences, and medical exhibitions.
  • Handle stall setup, branding material, vendor coordination, and lead collection.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of exhibition leads and entry into CRM.
  • Support the marketing team in creating promotional content and campaigns.


4. Sales Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Maintain dealer/customer databases and update sales trackers.
  • Support the sales manager in presentations, pipeline reviews, and reports.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations for smooth order processing.


5. Agreements & Documentation

  • Assist in drafting dealer agreements and maintain compliance records.
  • Support tender/bid documentation as required.
  • Ensure proper filing and version control of sales and marketing documents.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Life Sciences.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (medical devices industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and manage exhibitions, demos, and reporting efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel for exhibitions, customer demos, and dealer visits.
