Position Summary

We are hiring a B2B Sales Manager to manage and grow channel partner relationships, drive sales activity, and ensure seamless support at the point of sale. This field-intensive role is ideal for self-driven individuals aiming to build a strong career in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Regularly visit partner branches within the assigned territory to manage daily sales activities and foster channel engagement.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders at the point of sale to support sales and service functions.
• Provide both in-person and telephonic support to borrowers and branch personnel to facilitate smooth processing.
• Address queries from channel relationships promptly and effectively on a daily basis.
• Compile weekly interaction summaries and share them with internal stakeholders.
• Share fortnightly conversion reports with Regional Relationship Managers (RRMs) and National Relationship Managers (NRMs).
• Implement and follow a structured visit schedule (Permanent Journey Plan) to maximize branch coverage.
• Conduct preliminary training sessions for branch staff on products, sales processes, and documentation.
• Ensure branch-level compliance by managing internal audits and process checks.
