This field-intensive role is ideal for self-driven individuals aiming to build a strong career in the insurance sector. Key Responsibilities Regularly visit partner branches within the assigned territory to manage daily sales activities and foster channel engagement. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with all stakeholders at the point of sale to support sales and service functions. Provide both in-person and telephonic support to borrowers and branch personnel to facilitate smooth processing. Address queries from channel relationships promptly and effectively on a daily basis. Compile weekly interaction summaries and share them with internal stakeholders. Share fortnightly conversion reports with Regional Relationship Managers (RRMs) and National Relationship Managers (NRMs). Implement and follow a structured visit schedule (Permanent Journey Plan) to maximize branch coverage. Conduct preliminary training sessions for branch staff on products, sales processes, and documentation. Ensure branch-level compliance by managing internal audits and process checks.
