Role & responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential B2B clients interested in HR outsourcing solutions.
  • Assist in conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits of our HR outsourcing services.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in market analysis to understand trends and competitor offerings, helping to refine sales strategies.
  • Assist in the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients, contributing to the closing of deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless service experience for clients.
