Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with corporate, agency, PSU, SME, and startup clients.

2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Initiate, nurture, and close sales with decision-makers such as CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and Procurement teams.
  • Develop long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.

3. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Plan and execute strategic sales initiatives aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Create and manage quarterly and annual sales plans with clear KPIs and targets.

4. Proposal & Pitch Development

  • Work closely with creative, content, and digital teams to develop customised proposals, pitches, and presentations.
  • Participate in and lead client presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in branding, digital, video, and creative services.
  • Provide actionable insights for positioning Vizcoms services more effectively.

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams

  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure accurate briefing and smooth project handovers.
  • Coordinate with account management and production teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

7. Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, conversion rates, and revenue projections.
  • Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to the management.

8. Participation in Industry Events

  • Represent Vizcom at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to build brand presence and generate business leads.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or related field.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition within:

  • Branding & Creative Agencies
  • Digital Marketing / Web Development Agencies
  • Corporate Film / Production Houses
  • Advertising / Communication agencies

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of branding, digital, video production, and web services
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution capability
  • Self-driven, result-oriented and highly motivated
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools
