Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new B2B customers within the rice industry (e.g., exporters, traders, institutional buyers, processors).
Manage existing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to build brand presence.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in agri-commodities or food processing.
Strong knowledge of rice varieties (Basmati, Non-Basmati, etc.) and rice milling processes is an advantage.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
