design-build company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The company specializes in heavy

industrial, institutional, and infrastructural engineering projects across sectors such as food &

beverages, warehousing, automobile, tyre industries, and farmline equipment.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to support

our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client

acquisition, proposal preparation, and business expansion activities. The role requires excellent

communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and a proactive approach toward achieving

business targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead generation through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns,

networking, and online platforms.

2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to create and expand business.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

4. Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

5. Coordinate with internal technical and project teams for proposal and requirement

understanding.

6. Track leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into confirmed business.

7. Maintain CRM data, reports, and MIS related to business development activities.

8. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations when required.

9. Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. MBA in Marketing from a recognized institute (Mandatory).

2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Marketing.

3. Strong lead generation and business creation capabilities.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.

6. Ability to prepare impactful presentations and professional proposals.

7. Technical knowledge of engineering / construction / industrial projects will be an added

advantage.

8. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

9. Immediate joiner preferred.
