  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in South India.
  • Identify new market opportunities and build a robust pipeline of customers across Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design a comprehensive marketing calendar for export business initiatives.


    Requirements
    Requirements:
    • 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on Automotive, Off-Highway Equipment, Defence, Railways, and Oil & Gas industries.
    • Proven expertise in managing regional sales operations and achieving growth targets.
    • Expertise in Key Account Management (KAM), including building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
    • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client relationship management.
