Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of CultFit center in Patna, ensuring seamless execution of fitness programs and services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through effective marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
Build strong relationships with clients, trainers, and staff members to foster a positive work environment and high levels of motivation.
Monitor center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-7 years of experience in gym management or related field (fitness industry preferred).
