Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive, located in Pune. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Strong experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management
Knowledge of IT Sokutions , Cloud Application, Software sales will be added advantage.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and discuss technical product details with clients
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Experience with software integration, particularly with ERPs and HRMS, is a plus
