B2B Sales Executive

As a Business Development Executive with 2-4 years of hands-on experience, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth in Bangalore. You will be required to cold call potential customers, conduct market research to identify target companies, and attend meetings to successfully close sales deals. Additionally, you will need to demonstrate products and services, schedule appointments, and address client inquiries effectively. It is crucial that you build a strong sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of sales, meet monthly targets set by the sales manager, and input all necessary sales data into the company system. Cross-selling products, providing support to team members, following up on leads, and resolving customer queries will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong drive for success in sales and marketing, be self-motivated, organized, creative, confident, enthusiastic, and polite. Proficiency in English is a must, and it is essential to have a bike and a valid driving license. This is a full-time position that requires a willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
