Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales or client acquisition, ideally in the VoIP, telecom, or IT infrastructure domain. This role is responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and expanding the customer base by offering customized VoIP solutions to clients globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential clients across international markets, especially SMBs and enterprises seeking VoIP solutions.
- Use digital tools, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and industry databases to build a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Understand client requirements in the VoIP and unified communication space and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Act as the clients primary point of contact through the sales and onboarding process.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective B2B outreach.
- Conduct product demos and pitch solutions around VoIP calling, SIP trunking, cloud telephony, virtual numbers, etc.
- Collaborate with technical teams to scope projects and build commercial proposals.
Reporting & CRM Management:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity in CRM tools and share weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities or threats.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Prior experience in VoIP, telecom, unified communications, or related IT domains.
- Strong knowledge of cloud communication systems, SIP, PBX, and related technologies.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, international client handling, or channel sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Business, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Candidates with experience in handling overseas markets (US, UK, Middle East) are a plus.
