This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Noida. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with potential clients, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves collaboration with marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets.
: Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate accounts, MICE, travel agencies, etc.). :Analysis market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (hotels, event planners, corporate buyers, etc.).
: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
: Work closely with marketing, operations, and revenue management teams to align sales efforts.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in hospitality sales, with at least 2 years in a similar role
