Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries for upskilling and workforce development programs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, L&D teams, CXOs, etc.).
Understand client business needs and propose appropriate learning solutions from upGrads offerings.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.
Collaborate with internal teams (academics, operations, marketing) to deliver customized proposals and learning solutions.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and activities in CRM tools.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to position upGrad effectively in the B2B education market.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–6 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or HR/L&D solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen and ability to understand corporate learning needs.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
