Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries for upskilling and workforce development programs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, L&D teams, CXOs, etc.).

  • Understand client business needs and propose appropriate learning solutions from upGrads offerings.

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closure.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (academics, operations, marketing) to deliver customized proposals and learning solutions.

  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and activities in CRM tools.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to position upGrad effectively in the B2B education market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • 2–6 years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or HR/L&D solutions.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand corporate learning needs.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
