Job Description

As a Sales Executive at our company, your role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends will also be a key part of your responsibilities. Additionally, negotiating contracts, closing deals with clients, and delivering sales presentations and proposals are essential tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies - Identify and pursue new business opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers - Conduct market research and competitive analysis - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals - Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction and successful project delivery - Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities and performance - Attend industry events and conferences for networking - Stay informed about industry developments and share knowledge with colleagues Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience - Proven track record of meeting sales targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain client relationships - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques - Experience in lead generation and prospecting - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office - Willingness to travel for client meetings - Strong time management and organizational skills Please note that the job type is full-time and the compensation package includes a performance bonus and yearly bonus.
