Role & responsibilities

Conduct thorough market research to define target audiences and identify new business opportunities.
Build and nurture lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients to boost engagement and loyalty.
Actively source, qualify, and convert leads into profitable business deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to spot strategic growth opportunities.
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals, driving revenue while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to support retention and long-term trust.

Preferred candidate profile

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Recent graduates with at least 9 months of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
13 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
A personal bike and laptop are mandatory.
