Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to define target audiences and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients to boost engagement and loyalty.
  • Actively source, qualify, and convert leads into profitable business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and solutions that meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to spot strategic growth opportunities.
  • Lead contract negotiations and successfully close deals, driving revenue while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to support retention and long-term trust.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Recent graduates with at least 9 months of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • 13 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.
  • A personal bike and laptop are mandatory.
