Job Description

As a B2B Sales Executive at our company located in Gurgaon, Sector 65, your role involves identifying and onboarding new B2B clients while nurturing existing relationships. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling refurbished products to corporate buyers, distributors, and bulk resellers. Additionally, you will conduct market research, deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment. Your performance will be measured based on achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard new B2B clients such as corporate buyers, distributors, and bulk resellers. - Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. - Promote and sell refurbished products like smartphones, laptops, and IT equipment to B2B clients. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities. - Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts following company policies. - Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. - Participate in trade shows, business expos, and networking events to showcase company offerings. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in refurbished electronics or IT hardware industries. - Strong understanding of the refurbished/recommerce market and buyer segments. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. - Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. - Strong knowledge of the local market, with a preference for Delhi NCR/Gurgaon region.
