B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new B2B clients including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate houses
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients
• Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages tailored to client needs
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with B2B partners
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
• Represent the company at travel fairs, industry events, and exhibitions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the travel and tourism industry
• Strong knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, packages, visa, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven personality
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to travel if required

Preferred Skills:

• Existing client network in the travel industry
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre)
• Multilingual abilities (if applicable)
