About OneMetric


We’re a team of RevOps architects, systems thinkers, and GTM strategists helping B2B companies scale faster with HubSpot. Our clients span the US, UK, and India — from early-stage startups to enterprise players.

We blend strategy and systems — helping teams align their CRM, GTM, and data motions to drive revenue clarity. As part of our growth, we’re looking for a Content Creator who can turn complex GTM ideas into content that actually moves pipeline.


What you’ll do every day

  • Write or repurpose 2–3 strong pieces of content each week

    – blogs, LinkedIn posts, community updates, short video or podcast scripts.
  • Ghost-write LinkedIn posts for founders and senior leaders

    , turning raw ideas or call notes into sharp, scroll-stopping updates.
  • Create use-case led content

    (e.g. HubSpot solutions) in multiple formats – Loom walk-throughs, detailed blogs, carousels – that show real solutions, not just theory.
  • Clip and reformat

    longer content (webinars, podcasts) into bite-size posts for LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and Slack/other communities.
  • Post and track

    content across all channels and share a simple weekly report.
  • Reply and engage

    with comments or community threads to keep conversations alive.
  • Spot and test

    new organic growth channels for B2B content.


Must-haves

  • 2–3 years of B2B/SaaS content or social media experience.
  • Strong writing skills: clear, crisp English and ability to simplify technical topics.
  • Basic design or video editing (Canva, CapCut or similar) to package content yourself.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Notion/Google Docs.


Nice to have

  • Hands-on HubSpot experience

    or deep interest in marketing automation/RevOps.
  • Experience growing LinkedIn or Slack communities.
