B2B Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We’re hiring for a fast-growing, RBI-licensed digital platform facilitating receivables financing and supply chain finance for MSMEs and large corporates. As a Relationship Manager, you'll play a key role in expanding our corporate portfolio and enabling access to early payments through digital invoice discounting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire and onboard new corporate clients and vendors for the platform
• Pitch SCF solutions and support corporate sales across the assigned territory
• Conduct meetings and product walkthroughs with CXOs and finance teams
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, credit, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding
• Drive revenue and client activation through direct B2B engagement
• Manage post-sales relationships and resolve client queries promptly

Ideal Candidate:

• 2.5 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate banking, SME lending, or fintech
• Proven track record in corporate acquisition or supply chain/vendor onboarding
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Domain knowledge in invoice discounting, SCF, factoring, or trade finance preferred
• Graduate or MBA in Finance, Marketing, or related field
