Job Description

We are seeking a B2B Relationship Manager to drive institutional sales by building partnerships with FPOs, co-operatives, NGOs, organic exporters, and bulk agri-input distributors. The RM will be responsible for pitching crop-based solutions (Anchor Crop Kits), negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard FPOs, co-operatives, NGOs, and exporters as bulk buyers.
  • Pitch Figon’s Anchor Crop Programs (e.g., Orange Root Shakti Kit, Soybean Kit, Cotton Kit).
  • Close seasonal/annual supply agreements and manage repeat orders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional partners.
  • Conduct presentations and coordinate farmer demo plots when required.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitor products, demand trends, and farmer needs.
  • Maintain lead and sales pipeline records via CRM/Google Sheets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,774.45 - ₹36,231.64 per month
