SME Engagement: Develop strategic relationships with trade bodies and associations to attract SMEs to our platform.4. Client Support: Provide comprehensive service and support to members, including registration, onboarding, day-to-day trading assistance, operations, and compliance.5. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues and complaints related to trading operations, settlements, and compliance efficiently.6. Seminars & Training: Organize seminars, workshops, and training sessions for members, investors, and dealers to enhance market awareness and product knowledge.7. Membership Growth: Drive the acquisition of new memberships from banks, financial institutions, brokerage houses, and intermediaries.8. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial products such as mutual funds, SIPs, PMS, and other investment solutions to clients.
