The RM will be responsible for pitching crop-based solutions (Anchor Crop Kits), negotiating contracts, and ensuring long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard FPOs, co-operatives, NGOs, and exporters as bulk buyers. Pitch Figon’s Anchor Crop Programs (e.g., Orange Root Shakti Kit, Soybean Kit, Cotton Kit).
