Role Overview: You will be a key member of the B2B Marketing team at Agoda, responsible for leading and revamping the content strategy efforts. Your role will involve defining and implementing the product marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the target audience, and achieving market success. By driving various initiatives, you will enhance brand visibility, create compelling narratives for B2B partners, and significantly impact the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategy: Create a comprehensive strategy and materials to engage B2B audiences, elevate brand awareness, and drive tangible business results across multiple business units. - Craft Compelling Product Messaging: Develop messaging and positioning that sets our products apart in the market. - Project Management of Cross-Functional Initiatives: Ensure effective communication and alignment among stakeholders while managing cross-functional projects. - Performance Analysis: Analyze product and channel performance metrics to refine marketing strategies and improve product offerings. - Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including promotional campaigns, sales enablement, and training. - Conduct Market Research: Identify partner needs and market trends to develop a competitive positioning strategy. - Craft Engaging Presentations: Design high-impact presentations that effectively communicate Agoda's brand story and core strategies to partners and C-suite executives. Qualifications Required: - Extensive Experience: Minimum of 4 years in product marketing, strategy, content marketing, or related roles, preferably in the tech industry. Experience in a B2B marketing environment is advantageous. - Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. Knowledge of SQL is a plus. - Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful candidate with the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively and adapt to evolving scenarios. - Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, proficient in creating impactful presentations. - Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content aligned with business objectives and enhancing brand narrative. - Industry and Product Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech and travel industries, experience in the online travel agency sector is beneficial. - Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software is advantageous.
