B2B retail & distribution focused on fashion and lifestyle products, servicing institutional and retail business customers across North-East India. This role requires on-ground sales execution, territory development, and relationship management across multiple states in the region.

B2B Field Sales Executive

About The Opportunity

Join a distribution partner operating across the North-East to promote and sell fashion product portfolios to businesses, retailers and institutional buyers. This on-site field role covers assigned districts in Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Sikkim, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh with clear daily targets, travel allowances and performance incentives.Role & Responsibilities
  • Execute B2B field sales in assigned territories: identify prospects, book orders, and close deals with retailers, boutiques, and institutional buyers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and onboard new accounts to expand market reach.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and convert pipeline into delivered orders.
  • Capture and report market feedback, competitor activity, and product performance to inform merchandising and assortment decisions.
  • Manage order documentation, delivery coordination and basic invoicing in coordination with the back-office team.
  • Plan daily routes and ensure timely customer visits—maintain compliant records of visits and sales using the assigned CRM or mobile reporting tool.

Compensation & Working Details
  • Salary: 7,000 6,000 per month (Note: displayed salary band in requirement: 7,000 6,000?)
  • Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Weekly off: Sunday
  • Daily allowance: 700/day and travel allowance: 2.5/km
  • Incentives on delivered orders: 0.5% on orders above 2 lakhs; 1% on orders above 5 lakhs
  • Job locations: Aizawl (Mizoram); Churachandpur, Ukhrul, Senapati, Tengnoupal, Kangpokpi (Manipur); Kohima (Nagaland); East Sikkim, West Sikkim, Gangtok (Sikkim); Shillong (Meghalaya); Lohit, Papum Pare, East Siang, West Siang (Arunachal Pradesh)
