B2B Sales Manager / Senior Branch Manager – Corporate IT Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior B2B Sales Manager with strong corporate IT sales experience to lead a team and drive revenue. The ideal candidate has hands-on exposure selling IT hardware and enterprise solutions and understands the complete corporate sales cycle—from access and appointments to technical discussions and commercial closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a corporate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Drive sales of IT hardware & solutions: laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, NAS, storage, and peripherals
• Handle CXO / IT Head / Procurement level meetings and negotiations
• Support team in enterprise account acquisition, appointment setting, and relationship building
• Work closely with OEMs and partners such as DELL, HP, Lenovo, Acer
• Guide team on technical understanding, solution positioning, and pricing discussions
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and performance; report to management

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Corporate / Enterprise IT Sales
• Strong background in selling IT hardware & infrastructure solutions
• Prior experience with OEM brands (DELL, HP, Lenovo, Acer, etc.)
• Experience leading a sales team or branch operations
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, procurement processes, and commercial negotiations
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Enterprise sales: 2 years (Required)
• B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• IT Hardware Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Dell, HP, Lenovo, Acer: 2 years (Required)
