Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to drive the wholesale distribution and retail partnerships for our Premium category baby wear brand. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the retail landscape for children's and baby products, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships. This role is critical for expanding our market presence by securing new accounts and growing revenue from existing partners, including specialty boutiques, department stores, e-commerce retailers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Sales Growth Prospecting: Proactively identify, qualify, and target new B2B accounts (retailers, wholesalers, distributors) across the assigned territory or vertical. Sales Targets: Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets (KPIs). Full Sales Cycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and pitch to negotiation, contract signing, and order fulfillment. Market Penetration: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets and increase brand visibility. 2. Client Relationship Management Account Nurturing: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key buyers and decision-makers in current and prospective accounts. Consultative Selling: Understand client business models, inventory needs, and customer demographics to recommend appropriate product selections and tailored stocking solutions. After-Sales Support: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support to encourage repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling of new collections. 3. Market & Product Expertise Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest trends in the baby/children's apparel industry, competitor activities, and retail landscape changes. Product Presentation: Effectively present the brand's unique value proposition, product features (e.g., fabric safety, design, sustainability), and seasonal collections to prospective buyers. Events: Represent the brand professionally at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and sales meetings. 4. Reporting & Operations CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, leads, and account information in the CRM system. Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management. Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure successful launches, timely delivery, and a cohesive brand message. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience 3-5 Years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Prior experience in the Apparel, Baby Care, or Children's Retail industry is highly preferred. Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead generation to close. Skills & Attributes Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Proven negotiation and closing skills with C-level executives and senior buyers. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of retail margins, terms, and inventory management. High degree of self-motivation, autonomy , and a results-driven mindset. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
