Role Overview: As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Your role will also involve maintaining and optimizing CRM systems, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and partnering with sales leadership to design and track KPIs and performance dashboards. Additionally, you will assist in quota setting, territory alignment, and incentive/commission calculations while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes. Your contribution will be crucial in supporting implementation of sales enablement tools and automation initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all sales platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. - Maintain and optimize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). - Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth. - Partner with sales leadership to design and track KPIs and performance dashboards. - Assist in quota setting, territory alignment, and incentive/commission calculations. - Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations to streamline processes. - Support implementation of sales enablement tools and automation initiatives. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sales platforms. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related roles. - Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar). - Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
