Job Description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps & Security Engineer to join our cloud-focused development team. The role involves architecting and managing secure, scalable environments using Microsoft Azure , Azure DevOps , Databricks , Data Lake Storage , Power BI , and related technologies. This is a collaborative opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on building and maintaining modern cloud-native infrastructure. Scope of Work Work within the development team and report to the project manager and technical lead Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure Azure architecture environments Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of development and production systems Automate provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Build and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software development lifecycle Monitor system performance and optimize for resource utilization Define and enforce security best practices and policies Work closely with security teams to maintain compliance with industry standards Skills & Experience Required Master’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in DevOps, Security, or Systems Administration Strong collaboration and communication skills; ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders Hands-on experience working across development, operations, and security teams Familiarity with multicultural and remote team environments Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to technical challenges Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving technology environments Required Technical Proficiency Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure management Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Test Plans) Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Key Vault PowerShell for scripting and automation Azure Security Center , Active Directory , Virtual Machines , Blob Storage , and Azure Monitor Azure Resource Manager (ARM) for provisioning and managing Azure resources Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) Programming in C#, Python, or JavaScript Working with Azure Data Factory , Azure Synapse Analytics Experience in Power BI and PowerApps for data reporting and custom app development Familiarity with Azure Functions and Logic Apps for automation Show more Show less
