Axis Phones is Axis Banks virtual engagement channel, managing inbound customer interactions to deliver seamless service and drive financial solutions through cross-sell and upsell.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and resolve customer queries with courtesy and accuracy
  • Ensure zero errors in product/process handling
  • Escalate issues promptly and resolve complaints effectively
  • Comply with service and sales guidelines, meet call quality targets
  • Drive cross-sell/upsell for products like Loans, Mortgages, Priority/Elite Accounts

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institution
  • 2–5 years of experience in voice-based customer service

Skills & Proficiencies

  • Strong communication in English & local language
  • Banking systems knowledge
  • Sales orientation with lead generation/conversion skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative and resilient
