Role Overview: Axiom Developer

Axiom Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain

  AxiomSL regulatory reporting workflows, data models, and control frameworks.
• Deliver reports required by

  global regulators

  (Basel III, CRD IV, Liquidity – LCR/NSFR, Capital Adequacy, MAS, PRA, FED, ECB) and

  Indian regulators

  (

  RBI – ALM, CRR/SLR, exposure norms, SEBI, IRDAI

  ) as per compliance.
• Work with

  data sourcing teams

  to map, validate, and reconcile data from upstream systems.
• Develop

  data transformations

  and ensure accuracy of regulatory submissions.
• Support

  SIT/UAT cycles

  , production deployment, and

  audit requirements

  .
• Address

  regulatory changes

  and implement updates in Axiom configuration.
• Collaborate with global and Indian stakeholders to ensure

  end-to-end compliance and governance

  .

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience

  in

  AxiomSL ControllerView

  (development and support).
• Strong understanding of

  regulatory reporting frameworks

  , including:

• Global

  : Basel III, CRD IV, FINREP, COREP, Liquidity (LCR/NSFR).

• Indian

  :

  RBI reports (CRR/SLR, ALM, statutory returns), SEBI, IRDAI compliance

  .
• Strong proficiency in

  SQL/Oracle

  or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of

  data modeling, ETL processes, and data validation

  .
• Experience in

  Banking & Financial Services (BFSI)

  domain.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to

  cloud-based Axiom solutions (RegCloud)

  .
• Familiarity with

  automation using Python/Unix scripting

  .
• Experience with

  Agile methodologies

  .
• Previous experience with

  Indian banks or NBFC regulatory reporting

  .
