Job Description

Role and Responsibilities Provide third-level support for AWS Workspaces, including advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution. Configure and manage AWS Workspaces, including Provisioning, Scaling, and optimizing performance. Lead the deployment, configuration, and management of AWS Workspace environments. Design and implement solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability of AWS Workspaces. Serve as a technical expert and mentor for L1 and L2 support teams. Develop and maintain documentation for AWS Workspace configurations, processes, and procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to identify and address recurring issues. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance AWS Workspace deployments. Monitoring AWS Workspace performance metrics in CloudWatch. Well versed with ITSM tools like ServiceNow. ITIL Aware (Incident/Change/Problem management) Relevant Technology AWS Workspaces Amazon EC2 AWS CloudWatch AWS CloudFormation Amazon VPC IAM (Identity and Access Management) Windows and Linux operating systems Networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, VPN) Automation and scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash) Monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Splunk) Required Certifications AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (optional) Show more Show less
