🚨 We’re Hiring: AVP/VP – Collections Strategy (Digital & Analytics) 📍 Mumbai | 💼 Fintech / NBFC | 💰 Fixed CTC: ₹15–24 LPA + Bonus + ESOPs At FatakPay , we're scaling fast with 150+ lakh users and a profitable lending business. We’re now looking for a rock-solid collections leader to drive: ✅ End-to-end digital collection strategy – WhatsApp, IVR, BOTs ✅ BOT-driven recoveries across buckets (0–30, 30–60, 60+ DPD) ✅ Analytics-led segmentation and behavioral repayment nudges ✅ Tech + product automation for recovery flows ✅ Cost vs. recovery optimization across digital and human channels ✅ RBI-compliant, respectful communication journeys 🎯 Must have: ✔️ 7–12 yrs in collections (fintech/NBFC preferred) ✔️ Built/managed digital recovery journeys ✔️ Data and dashboard native (Excel/SQL) ✔️ Strong on RBI norms, tech coordination, and performance If you've worked with tools like Gupshup, Exotel, or built score-based collection models— you’ll love this role . 📩 Reach out directly: ajit@fatakpay.com 🌐 www.fatakpay.com Let’s build India’s most efficient, digital-first collection engine. 🚀 Let me know if you'd like a visual post version or carousel to accompany this on LinkedIn.
