AVP/VP - Business Development

The role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to expand the company's corporate client base and achieve revenue targets. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Planning:

  Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the corporate market, focusing on client acquisition and retention.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.

• Market Analysis:

  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.

• Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

  Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts and reports to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and drive the sales process.

Required Qualifications

• Education:

  Graduation.

• Experience:

  Minimum of 9+ years of experience in corporate sales or account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

• Skills:

  Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and experience managing complex sales cycles. Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Proficiency in CRM software to track sales activities and manage client relationships.
