As part of the Mergers & Acquisition team, we are seeking for passionate professionals to join our team. The work involves high end advisory and often juggling business and technical conversations. Advisory capabilities with respect to direct tax matters including key provisions of Income Tax Act 1961. Ability to understand the risk mitigation process, including assessment of client enquiries, market reach and negotiating insurance policy with insurers on behalf of the client, for policies covering risks in India.
