Job Description

As an Assistant Vice President, Workforce Implementation and People Analytics Lead Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of T&C Workforce implementation and People Analytics resources supporting an Australia-based bank. Your role will involve overseeing approximately 50 HR and analytics professionals across multiple delivery locations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Demonstrate deep domain knowledge in all Hire to Retire service lines or different HR roles, with banking experience being an added advantage - Deliver value through transformation initiatives, ensuring zero surprise operations and growing business with the client - Oversee Workforce implementation (Restructuring) operations for both restructures led and business-led programs - Manage a team of People analytics experts responsible for reporting delivery and advanced analytics + insights for the T&C function - Constantly seek opportunities to drive value beyond SLAs and contractual terms, enabling value share and transformation opportunities - Exhibit strategic thinking and leadership experience, emphasizing relationship management and communication at all levels within the organization - Drive regular operational governance at Workforce strategy Pillar and line of business level, as well as participate in transformation governance - Adhere to client & contract requirements, managing client relationships independently up to executive levels - Work with the client organization to ensure common objectives are delivered - Leadership is a key skill required to deliver HRO objectives - Strong people management skills **Qualifications we seek in you!** **Minimum Qualifications:** - Lead the complete ambit of outsourced operations for Workforce Strategy and Transformation lines of business to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction for both functional and executive stakeholders - Groom and enable career progression while encouraging Genpact culture (CI2), achieving/exceeding retention targets, and driving continuous upskilling within teams - Collaborate and work globally with other Genpact business leaders and functional leaders to build and commercialize existing and new product offerings - Demonstrate lean six sigma framework to drive continuous performance improvement and drive the transformation agenda - Must be able to work with cross-functional teams like Operations, HR, Service Line, Digital, Transformation, Transitions, etc. - Proactive with the ability to troubleshoot and work through organizational change scenarios - Implement appropriate mechanisms to identify, understand, and address performance gaps and/or performance breakthroughs. Develop and implement improvement plans to close performance gaps - Possess intellectual agility and an analytical outlook **Preferred Qualification:** - Qualified HR professional would be desirable in the potential candidate - Experience in managing large restructures from an HR standpoint and supporting businesses with data-led insights, with a key understanding of employee-related analytics, and relevant years in managing teams and end-to-end service delivery,
