About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute long-term HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design organizational structures, manpower planning, and workforce strategies.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and culture.

Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end talent management frameworks including competency mapping, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.
  • Build talent development strategies to drive capability enhancement across the organization.
  • Manage leadership development initiatives and performance acceleration programs.

Change Management

  • Lead organization-wide change initiatives related to structure, processes, technology, and people practices.
  • Develop change management frameworks, communication plans, and implementation roadmaps to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Partner with leadership to drive adoption of new HR policies, digital tools, and transformation programs.
  • Conduct impact assessments and ensure alignment across business units during major organizational shifts.
  • Build change resilience by coaching managers and employees throughout transformation phases.

Culture Building & People Practices

  • Design and execute strategies to strengthen company culture, employee values, and workplace behaviours.
  • Drive initiatives that promote collaboration, accountability, employee well-being, and a high-performance work environment.
  • Lead employee engagement programs, culture audits, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Establish people-centric practices that enhance associate experience and improve retention.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion, and ethical HR practices across all levels of the organization.

Performance Management Systems

  • Develop and refine performance management frameworks that align individual goals with business objectives.
  • Implement modern PMS practices such as goal cascading, continuous feedback, OKRs, and competency-based evaluations.
  • Drive annual and mid-year review cycles, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance.
  • Use performance data to identify high-potential talent and create targeted development plans.
  • Equip managers with tools and training to conduct effective performance discussions and coaching.

Training & Development

  • Lead training and development strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Build learning frameworks, training calendars, and capability-building initiatives.
  • Drive adoption of digital learning platforms and modern learning methodologies.

Business Partnership

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders across units and functions.
  • Provide insights through HR analytics and workforce metrics to support decision-making.
  • Address complex HR issues and resolve escalations effectively.

Key Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience

    in Human Resources with a proven track record in the

    staffing industry

  • Strong background in

    Strategic HR

    , Talent Management, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in building HR frameworks, policies, and transformation programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage large, diverse teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
