Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Franchise Acquisition & Development:

    • Identify and onboard new franchise partners in the designated region.
    • Conduct market research to map high-potential business areas and assess offerings by various brokers.
    • Negotiate and complete all necessary franchise documentation and agreements
  • Revenue Generation & Business Development:

    • Achieve net revenue targets from existing franchisee partners.
    • Engage actively with franchisees to support their growth and generate revenue.
    • Promote cross-selling of investment products such as Equity, Mutual Funds, and PMS
  • Training & Support:

    • Provide training to franchisees and their staff on trading platforms, compliance, and product offerings.
    • Offer continuous support to franchisees for client acquisition and business expansion.
    • Conduct webinars and seminars to engage with potential partners and enhance their capabilities.
  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure strict adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements by franchisees.
    • Monitor franchisee performance and provide necessary training and support.
    • Maintain regular communication with franchisees and provide daily/weekly reports to management.
  • Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of franchisee managers and support staff.
    • Foster a high-performance culture and ensure alignment with organizational values.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in B2B sales, franchise development, or channel management within the financial services or broking industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding a franchisee network.
  • Experience in managing P&L and achieving financial targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the stock broking industry and regulatory environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
