Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Vice President, Master Black Belt at our company, your main responsibility will be to lead the improvement agenda for the account. Your role will involve delivering business impact for clients by enhancing business processes, resolving issues, and driving change within the organization. You will utilize relevant Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and digital tools and methodology while also managing a team of Black Belts. Key Responsibilities: - Program manage the design and delivery of the continuous improvement roadmap for the aligned focused accounts - Lead high impact projects independently to achieve prioritized business outcomes - Identify opportunities for value creation, revenue generation, and assurance for clients and the company - Own and deliver on committed productivity improvements in accounts through continuous improvement levers - Coach and develop talent in the function through Lean Six Sigma (LSS) DNA building and engagement initiatives - Identify digital-led transformation and Generative AI opportunities in existing relationships - Mitigate operations risk through the deployment of Risk Control and Best Practice framework - Lead a team of Black Belts and ensure resource alignment for relevant prioritized opportunities Qualifications Required: - Graduate, preferably with an MBA or an Engineering background, or any other discipline with a focus on Analytical, Statistics, or Digital skills - Relevant experience working within the relevant function in growing organizations - Strong communication and analytical skills - Prior experience working in global cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders - Financial acumen with the ability to understand commercial aspects and build a business case for change that delivers significant value impacting the Balance Sheet or Profit and Loss - Proficiency in MS Office tools - Previous project leadership experience in Digital, Insurance, Finance & Accounting Domain, consulting, analytics, and GenAI Projects Additional Company Details: The ideal candidate for this role should be result-oriented, working with speed to translate strategy into actionable steps and achieve tangible results. Previous experience in leading teams of managers or senior managers is preferred. Certification in Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Green Belt (GB), or Black Belt (BB) and a track record of driving continuous improvements is highly desirable. Shared service experience and domain authority in Finance & Accounting and Banking processes are beneficial. Candidates should also be flexible with work timings.,
