**Job Description:** As the full-stack AVP Marketing at MetaMorph, you will be responsible for leading all marketing functions encompassing brand, performance, social media, content, CRM, and offline activations. Your main task will be to establish a strong hyperlocal marketing engine that not only drives bookings but also fosters community engagement for the premier youth travel hostel brand in India. Your role will involve owning and executing the client's marketing initiatives with a focus on enhancing brand visibility among Gen Z audiences through engaging storytelling, content creation, and strategic partnerships. Your expertise in both brand and performance marketing will be pivotal in crafting and implementing location-specific campaigns to boost bookings at newly launched hostels. Alongside devising marketing strategies, you will also need to set up systems to evaluate ROI across different channels such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Your analytical acumen and proficiency in data analytics, metrics, and attribution models will be crucial in expanding marketing endeavors to drive revenue growth and align growth targets with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead all marketing functions covering brand, performance, social media, content, CRM, and offline activations - Develop a robust hyperlocal marketing engine to stimulate bookings and community engagement - Take charge of marketing initiatives with an emphasis on enhancing brand visibility among Gen Z audiences - Plan and execute location-specific campaigns to increase bookings at newly established hostels - Establish mechanisms to measure ROI across diverse channels like CAC, ROAS, and LTV - Expand marketing efforts to bolster revenue growth and align growth objectives with business goals **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 7 years of experience in fast-growth consumer startups, specifically in sectors such as hospitality, QSR, F&B, or retail - Demonstrated track record in both performance and brand marketing - Proven expertise in spearheading hyperlocal and national marketing strategies for multi-location businesses - Profound understanding of Gen Z platforms, digital behaviors, and content trends - Strong ownership mindset, prioritizing speed and tangible results - Capability to construct and nurture a high-performance marketing team,
