About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic GM/AVP Marketing with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a new role designed to strengthen our brand positioning in the premium/luxury aesthetic & wellness segment. The successful candidate will increase brand awareness, recall, and trust among our target high-net-worth individual (HNI) clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build & Elevate the Brand in the Premium Aesthetic & Wellness Space.
• Drive Business Growth Through Integrated Marketing & Lead Generation.
• Lead a High-Performing Internal Marketing Team & Vendor Ecosystem.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategic leadership and brand management.
• Proven track record in strengthening brand positioning and increasing brand awareness and trust.
• Experience in managing and leading high-performing marketing teams.
• Exceptional skills in brand storytelling, both online and offline.
