As a full-stack AVP Marketing at MetaMorph, you will play a pivotal role in leading all marketing functions across brand, performance, social media, content, CRM, and offline activations. Your primary responsibility will be to build a robust hyperlocal marketing engine that drives bookings and community engagement for the leading youth travel hostel brand in India. You will be tasked with owning and driving the client's marketing initiatives, focusing on brand salience across Gen Z audiences through compelling storytelling, content creation, and strategic partnerships. Your expertise in both brand and performance marketing will be crucial in designing and executing location-specific campaigns to enhance bookings at newly launched hostels. In addition to overseeing marketing strategies, you will be required to establish systems to measure ROI across various channels such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV. Your analytical mindset and fluency in data analytics, metrics, and attribution models will be essential in scaling marketing efforts to support revenue growth and aligning growth objectives with business goals. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 7 years of experience in fast-growth consumer startups, particularly in sectors like hospitality, QSR, F&B, or retail. A proven track record in both performance and brand marketing is non-negotiable, along with demonstrated expertise in leading hyperlocal and national marketing strategies for multi-location businesses. Your deep understanding of Gen Z platforms, digital behaviors, and content trends will be instrumental in driving the client's brand visibility and engagement. Moreover, your high ownership mindset, focus on speed, and measurable outcomes, coupled with your ability to build and mentor a high-performance marketing team, will be key to your success in this role.
